Zvisa Pro provides visa preparation tools including travel itinerary generators, visa requirement lookups, and embassy appointment data. The service is provided for informational and travel-planning purposes only.
Documents generated on Zvisa Pro are travel itinerary documents intended to show travel intent as part of a visa application. They are not valid airline tickets and cannot be used to board flights. Users must obtain actual airline tickets for travel. The reservations and itinerary samples are provided solely for visa and travel-planning purposes, not for actual travel, and may expire or change due to airline policies.
Our paid offering is a Travel Itinerary Planning Service. We provide a digital service — the preparation of a travel itinerary document — and not the sale of any airline ticket, goods, or property. The fee covers the preparation and instant generation of the itinerary document only.
Once payment is confirmed, the travel itinerary document is generated and delivered automatically and instantly (available for on-site download and, where an email is provided, sent by email). Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, delivery is considered complete at the moment the document is made available to you.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal (and supported card methods). Prices are displayed before purchase and are charged in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise; your payment provider may convert to your local currency. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any change does not affect orders already paid for.
As our itinerary documents are digital and delivered instantly, a full refund is available in the following cases:
After the digital document has been delivered, refunds are generally not available; however, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund to resolve any dispute amicably. To request a refund, contact us with your order reference.
While we strive to keep visa requirements, embassy data, and other information up to date, Zvisa Pro makes no guarantees of accuracy or completeness. Always verify requirements with the official embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of your destination country.
Using Zvisa Pro does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We have no influence over the granting or refusal of any visa.
If you have any issue with an order, please contact us first with your order reference; we aim to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) days. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us — or in bad faith after the service has been delivered as described — is considered misuse, and we reserve the right to submit our delivery records as evidence to the payment provider.
To prepare your itinerary you may provide personal data (such as name and passport details). We use this data solely to provide the requested service and do not sell it to third parties. By using the service you consent to this processing. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
All content, itinerary designs, tools, and software on Zvisa Pro are the property of Zvisa Pro. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Zvisa Pro is not liable for visa refusals, travel disruptions, expired reservations, or any direct or indirect damages arising from use of this service. Use the service at your own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall first be addressed amicably and, failing that, in accordance with applicable law.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
