If your inquiry is related to a US visa application, the fastest and official way to communicate is through your appointment scheduling account (CGI Federal or USTravelDocs).

Method 1: For Visa Inquiries (Via Account)

This is the official method for reporting issues, checking updates, or asking visa-specific questions.

1. Log in to your visa appointment scheduling account.
2. From the sidebar menu, click on Feedback/Requests.
3. You will see a list of your previous cases. Click the Open a New Case button located at the top right of the screen.
4. From the Case Type drop-down menu, select the nature of your inquiry (e.g., Question, Problem, or Feedback).
5. In the Description box, write your message in detail in English.
6. If you have attachments (e.g., passport copy or payment receipt), upload them via the Choose Files button under "Attach a file".
